Childrens Pirate Pc Game?

So I am trying to find an old 90's game for the pc. I remember playing it as a child and you follow this Parrot around and trying to find puzzle pieces to remake the map. Iv been trying to figure out the name of this game forever now and I still can't remember. Everyone keeps saying its Monkey Island but its not its for much younger children. Please Help!!!!!!
