How To Become A Veterinarian Surgeon: The Fall Back?

Okay, so recently I had ask how to become a Veterinarian and the necessary courses I would have to take. Now, hypothetically speaking, lets say after acquiring my Associate's, Bachelor's, and quiet possibly my Master's in Science, I get a change of heart and I decide that this isn't the right career choice for me. My question is, instead of letting these degrees go to waste, what would be the best career choice to fall back on?
