Can a father get full-custody, of his daughter, in this situation?

My daughter was born with birth defects as a result of my wife using Accutane during the pregnancy. I'm currently debating divorcing her because of her horrific decision to put our daughters life in jeopardy. Do you think I would get full-custody in this situation? FYI: Accutane and birth defects are recognized by the FDA and ALL medical authorities. Please...only intelligent responses to this scenario.
