Do we need more lemonade stand regulation?

95% of neighborhood lemonade stands are still operating without a business license or any FDA oversight. These little girls and boys pay no taxes and often pay their employees under the table and far below federal minimum wage requirements. For that matter the vast majority of these lemonade stand employees are minors.
