How can i take in 200g of protein a day without using supplements?

Im not using supplements because they are full of lies since they are not regulated by the FDA and they contain too much protein in which your body will just turn into waste since you cannot consume too much protein at a time. What foods can i eat that has a lot of protein? eggs only have 6 and peanuts have 5 per 35 pieces which wont do me any good.I am trying to build solid lean muscle and i workout on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays, and on wednesday and saturday i do cardio. I am 182lbs.
