Why do YOU prefer Brand name drugs when Generics are the same?

Generic medications go through the same restrictions and testing by the FDA as the name-branded versions of prescription medications. THEY ARE THE SAME THING! So why do some people prefer the brand name versions? I would like your reasoning and opinions!
